Douglas Anderson	893f8d7e0b	seccomp: move arm32 gettid in gpu common policy to same place as in common ... In <https://crrev.com/c/1952565> we moved gettid to the common policy. Let's move the definition in the gpu common policy to the same place to match. This change was requested for arm64 in the code review of <https://crrev.com/c/3543889>. This makes the call be in the same place for arm32 and arm64.
