f836c8edde Update x86 and x86_64 syscalls to Linux v5.6-rc5, avoiding duplicates.
There were some duplicate enum values for x86 which caused build
failure. Updating the names to match the Linux table fixes this.

Also updated awk command in comment to produce matching output.

d32100205f syscall_defines: add new/updated syscalls
io_uring is needed so update the syscall defines to match 5.6-rc5.

There was a slight refactor in arm upstream which changed some syscall
names to better reflect their 32 vs 64 bit variants. See kernel commit:
00bf25d6: y2038: use time32 syscall names on 32-bit

TEST=samus,  kukui, and kevin64 build.

79e1a26532 edition: Update syscall_defines to 2018 edition
Separated out of CL:1513058 to make it possible to land parts
individually while the affected crate has no other significant CLs
pending. This avoids repeatedly introducing non-textual conflicts with
new code that adds `use` statements.
