Daniel Verkamp db94670f7f main: restore --syslog-tag functionality ... The crosvm run --syslog-tag argument was accepted, but it did not do anything after the argh refactor. Tweak the LogConfig setup so the default tag is "crosvm" and can be overriden by the --syslog-tag option.
