Gurchetan Singh 51c07a15b3 crosvm: nuke gfxstream syncfd 
Nobody ever toggles this flag, implying this flag can be removed.

By default, the gfxstream assumes ANDROID_EMU_virtio_gpu_native_sync
is present, which is the desired behavior.
