Abhishek Bhardwaj 5b36338f9b crosvm: Plumb read_bar and write_bar to VirtioDevice ... This change plumbs read_bar and write_bar methods to the VirtioDevice trait. VirtioDevice exposes PCI bars and the virtio vhost user proxy device would need these methods. BUG=b:194136484 TEST=Compile.
