Vaibhav Nagarnaik 65806f5213 base: Introduce number_of_logical_cores() ... This crossplatform API returns the number of logical cores on the system. Remove the older `get_vcpu_count()` that was mis-named and replace its use with `number_of_logical_cores()`.
