Gurchetan Singh 9fd8540ab0 devices: virtio: use device specific shm regions Mostly to stop using virtio-fs region IDs in virtio-gpu. From the spec: "A device may have multiple shared memory regions associated with it. Each region has a shmid to identify it, the meaning of which is device-specific."
