Zhao Liu ad545d042d x86_64: Support intel ITMT scheduling in Guest ... Now expose running pythcial CPU's max frequency to vCPU to allow intel_ pstate driver to set different CPU priority for task rebalance. With different CPU priority, ITMT scheduling can really work in Guest. And remove HWP and ITMT CPUID support from host-cpu-topology.
