Daniel Verkamp 310d4b3593 aarch64: generalize FDT PCI node parameters ... Rather than hard-coding knowledge of the low and high MMIO regions and configuration space access region in the fdt creation code, we can move this to the aarch64 VM setup code that has more visibility into memory layout and allocators. This will enable future refactoring to collapse the multiple MMIO regions into a single allocator.
