Jakub Staron d0bf5dc602 crosvm: Implement Reader/Writer interface over DescriptorChain. ... This change adds a convinient interface over DescriptorChain. It hides the complexity of DescriptorChain and allows to treat it as a pair of read-only and write-only buffers. In the future, it will also allow to easily support indirect descriptors.
