Daniel Verkamp da4e8a9fcd arch: move resume_notify_devices out of Bus ... The devices to be notified on resume are unrelated to the functionality of Bus, which is looking up devices in an address space. Additionally, each Bus instance had its own list of devices to notify, although in practice, only the one in the I/O bus was used. Move the resume_notify_devices list into RunnableLinuxVm instead.
