Chirantan Ekbote ea956bd908 cros_asyncv2: Add async version of SafeDescriptor ... Add a `Descriptor` type that allows callers to asynchronously wait for the descriptor to become readable or writable. This is meant to be a temporary solution so that we slowly convert code over to async rather than having to do it all at once.
