Noah Gold ee02cb6f36 [data_model] VolatileSlice use IoSlice. ... Switches from using libc::iovec directly to using our own IoSliceMut. This also renames IntoIovec to IntoIobuf, along with the associated methods. Effectively this pushes conversion into iovec closer to where it is used.
