David Stevens fef85d48c8 devices: virtio: iommu: fix detaching issue ... Remove incomplete support for detaching a virtio endpoint from domains with multiple endpoints. We could technically handle this by checking domain mappings when handling TranslateRequests, but there are no use cases for this at the moment.
