It's named after Conflict::from_legacy_form(). If RefTarget is migrated to new Conflict type, from_legacy_form([], [add]) will create a normal target, and from_legacy_form([], []) will be equivalent to the current None target. That's why this function isn't named as RefTarget::conflict(). |
