Make has a test where we Recurse infinitely until we run out of open files, and ensure we fail with a non-zero exit code., On some machines the default time out was inadequate, since the test did not run till conclusion. This source package has been pared down to remove the documentation (which has a license that does not pass DFSG muster), and the build system has been adjusted accordingly. The sources of the binary make program are in the source package make-dfsg. The full unredacted sources can be had from non-free in make-doc-non-dfsg.
