Roland McGrath cf63c0c966 (dist): Depend on rcs-mark first.
(rcs-mark): New target.
(rcs-mark-alpha, rcs-mark-beta): Use $(version-); append : to name for -N.
(version-): New variable, removes dots (RCS doesn't like) from $(version).
