Remove placeholder description from PR template (#6726) This PR removes the placeholder description from the PR template, opting to just leave empty space instead. Tweak pull request template to (hopefully) make it clearer (#7287) I keep seeing people leave the wrapping parentheses, like `(Added)` in their release notes.
