This PR adds the initial concept of an `IconTheme` and refactors
`FileIcons` to use it to resolve the icons.
The `IconTheme` will ultimately be used to allow users to select a
different set of icons to use. Currently, however, this is just laying
the foundation for that work.
The association between file types and icons is now handled by the icon
theme when we resolve file icons. This mapping has been moved out of
`file_types.json` and into `icon_theme.rs`.

This PR adjusts the design of the assistant 2 threads with the goal of
reducing visual busyness. My intention is to remove the amount of lines
and borders given it is a relatively tight space. It also refines the
"generating" floating container style, finally leveraging linear
gradients that were recently added to GPUI! Now, we only display headers
for "you" messages. Assistant responses will be rendered right in the
panel; not bounded by a card container.

When using inline assist, after successfully generating a transformation
it's not possible to generate a new transformation. Currently, you have
to modify the prompt (i.e. add a `<SPACE>` and hit `<ENTER>`) to
regenerate.
So, I changed the restart button to be visible after a successful
transformation. And in that case I map it to a different keyboard
shortcut because `menu::Confirm` is mapped to accept the current
suggestion.
Now, I can invoke a series of transforms back to back until I get what I
want!
It might also be desired to keep the accept button visible after
modifying the prompt (before submitting it). In that case we'll need to
remap accept to an alternate key (perhaps the same alt-shift-enter I am
using for restart. That wouldn't be too insane to remember. But maybe
someone has a better idea.
I don't care what the shortcut is, I just want the ability to regenerate
without adding/deleting spaces.
## Before
**Two choices** after a suggestions is presented. Also, a great example
of why I would want to regenerate the suggestion, it left some tokens
`<rewrite_this>`!

for regenerate, just like you see if you modify the prompt text.

review has been sent. In the future, if we allow changing an already
sent review, we can change this behavior.

This PR adds an info tooltip on the Welcome screen, informing users how
Vim Mode can be toggled on and off. It also adds the Vim Mode toggle in
the Editor Controls menu. This is all so that folks who accidentally
turn it on better know how to turn it off. We're of course already able
to toggle this setting via the command palette, but that may be harder
to reach for beginners. So, maybe that's enough to close the linked
issue? Open to feedback.
(Note: I also added a max-width to the tooltip's label in this PR. I'm
confident that this won't make any tooltip look weird/broken, but if it
does, it may be because of this new property).

It took me a couple of minutes of staring at this speaker icon to figure
out it was a speaker! I even researched whether the `.wav` file type had
a specific icon, given I thought it was a specific triangle of sorts 😅
I'm sensing audio waves, at this size, will be easier to parse.

This is a first attempt to show the language icons to the selector.
Ideally, I wouldn't like to have yet another place mapping extensions to
icons, as we already have the `file_types.json` file doing that, but I'm
not so sure how to pull from it yet. Maybe in a future pass we'll
improve this and make it more solid.

I think having this action exposed in the editor controls menu, close to
the inline Git Blame option, makes more sense than a more prominent item
somewhere else in the app. Maybe having it there will increase its
discoverability. I myself didn't know this until a few weeks ago! Next
steps would be ensuring the menu exposes its keybindings.
(Quick note about the menu item name: I think maybe "_Git Blame Column_"
would make more sense and feel grammatically more correct, but then we
would have two Git Blame-related options, one with "Git Blame" at the
start (Inline...) and another with "Git Blame" at the end (... Column).
I guess one had to be sacrificed for the sake of consistency 😅.)

The `/fetch` command is naturally already accessible via the completion
menu when you type / in the assistant panel, but it wasn't on the "Add

one, and I've seen folks not knowing it existed. Side-note: maybe, in
the near future, it'd be best to rename it to "`/web`, as that's an
easier name to parse and assume what it does.

This PR creates a new, revamped `DecoratedIcon` component that enables
using different SVGs, one for the knockout background and another for
the actual icon. That's different than what we were doing before—copying
the SVG and using slightly different positioning—because we wanted to
unlock an aligned knockout effect, which was particularly hard to do
with non-simple shapes such as an X.

Follow up to https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/20242
This PR ensures all the actions to the right of the project search
inputs have the same minimum width, ensuring that the inputs themselves
are always aligned. In the previous PR, I didn't considered the scenario
where the project search numbers where beyond 4 or 5 digits, which then
increased their width. This should be treated now!

var opt out)
* [x] Open notebook files in the workspace
* [x] Remove the "Open Notebook" button from title bar
* [x] Incorporate text style refinements for cell editors
* [x] Rely on `nbformat` crate for parsing the notebook into our

Prototypes a way to display new entities in the outline panel, making it
less outline.
The design is not final and might be adjusted, but the workflow seems to
be solid enough to keep and iron it out.
* Now, when any project search buffer is activated (multi buffer mode),
or buffer search is open (singleton buffer mode, but is available for
search usages multi buffer too — in that case buffer search overrides
multi buffer's contents display), outline panel displays all search
matches instead of the outline items.
Outline items are not displayed at all during those cases, unless the
buffer search is closed, or a new buffer gets opened, of an active
buffer search matches zero items.
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/4a3e4faa-7f75-4522-96bb-3761872c753a
* For the multi buffer mode, search matches are grouped under
directories and files, same as outline items
![Screenshot 2024-08-21 at 14 55
01](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6dac75e4-be4e-4338-917b-37a32c285b71)
* For buffer search , search matches are displayed one under another
![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/9efcff85-d4c7-4462-9ef5-f76b08e59f20)
For both cases, the entire match line is taken and rendered, with the
hover tooltip showing the line number.
So far it does not look very bad, but I am certain there are bad cases
with long lines and bad indents where it looks not optimal — this part
most probably will be redesigned after some trial.
Or, maybe, it's ok to leave the current state if the horizontal
scrollbar is added?
Clicking the item navigates to the item's position in the editor.
Search item lines are also possible to filter with the outline panel's
filter input.
* Inline panel is now possible to "pin" to track a currently active
editor, to display outlines/search results for that editor even if
another item is activated afterwards:
![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/75fb78c3-0e5f-47b4-ba3a-485c71d7e342)
This is useful in combination with project search results display: now
it's possible to leave the search results pinned in the outline panel
and jump to every search result and back.
If the item the panel was pinned to gets closed, the panel gets back to
its regular state, showing outlines/search results for a currently
active editor.
Release Notes:
- Added a way to display buffer/project search entries in the outline
panel
