To fix issues with code blocks' parsing in Markdown, a
tree-sitter-markdown library update is needed.
But `tree_sitter::language` is used in many places within core Zed,
which forced more library updates.

This PR adds a new `language_servers` setting underneath the language
settings.
This setting controls which of the available language servers for a
given language will run.
The `language_servers` setting is an array of strings. Each item in the
array must be either:
- A language server ID (e.g., `"rust-analyzer"`,
`"typescript-language-server"`, `"eslint"`, etc.) denoting a language
server that should be enabled.
- A language server ID prefixed with a `!` (e.g., `"!rust-analyzer"`,
`"!typescript-language-server"`, `"!eslint"`, etc.) denoting a language
server that should be disabled.
- A `"..."` placeholder, which will be replaced by the remaining
available language servers that haven't already been mentioned in the
array.
For example, to enable the Biome language server in place of the default
TypeScript language server, you would add the following to your
settings:

"language_servers": ["biome", "!typescript-language-server", "..."]
}
}
}
```

This PR also introduces built-in tasks for Rust and Elixir. Note that
this is not a precedent for future PRs to include tasks for more
languages; we simply want to find the rough edges with tasks & language
integrations before proceeding to task contexts provided by extensions.
As is, we'll load tasks for all loaded languages, so in order to get
Elixir tasks, you have to open an Elixir buffer first. I think it sort
of makes sense (though it's not ideal), as in the future where
extensions do provide their own tasks.json, we'd like to limit the # of
tasks surfaced to the user to make them as relevant to the project at
hand as possible.

This PR moves the Clippy configuration up to the workspace level.
We're using the [`lints`
table](https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/reference/workspaces.html#the-lints-table)
to configure the Clippy ruleset in the workspace's `Cargo.toml`.
Each crate in the workspace now has the following in their own
`Cargo.toml` to inherit the lints from the workspace:

workspace = true
```
This allows for configuring rust-analyzer to show Clippy lints in the
editor by using the following configuration in your Zed `settings.json`:

This PR adds the initial support for loading extensions in Zed.
### Extensions Directory
Extensions are loaded from the extensions directory.
The extensions directory has the following structure:

extensions/
installed/
extension-a/
grammars/
languages/
extension-b/
themes/
manifest.json
```
The `manifest.json` file is used internally by Zed to keep track of
which extensions are installed. This file should be maintained
automatically, and shouldn't require any direct interaction with it.
Extensions can provide Tree-sitter grammars, languages, and themes.

Adds a "markdown: open preview" action to open a markdown preview.

This PR extends the work done in `crates/rich_text` to render markdown
to also support:
- Variable heading sizes
- Markdown tables
- Code blocks
- Block quotes

## Known issues that will not be included in this PR
- Images.
- Nested block quotes.
- Footnote Reference.
- Headers highlighting.

- Markdown table text alignment.
- Inner markdown URL clicks
This PR sorts the dependency lists in our `Cargo.toml` files so that
they are in alphabetical order.
This should make them easier to visually scan when looking for a
dependency.

- Fixed autocomplete filtering blocking the Zed UI, causing hitches and
input delays with large completion lists.
- Fixed hover popup link not firing if the mouse moved a slight amount
while clicking.
- Added support for absolute path file links in hover popup and
autocomplete docs.
There are still a few things left:
1. Add test to verify we can successfully locate a language by its extension
2. Add test to reproduce bug where changing the fenced code block language
won't reparse the block with the new language
3. Reparse injections for which we couldn't find a language when the language
registry changes.
4. Check why the markdown grammar considers the trailing triple backtick as
`(code_block_content)`, as opposed to being part of the outer markdown.
