Code at the speed of thought – Zed is a high-performance, multiplayer code editor from the creators of Atom and Tree-sitter.
Closes #20001 the old outline was *weird* for many reasons so ill just show it with a hodgepodge of zig declarations before: ![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/87395623-3e28-491c-9693-c1714da6b29f) after: ![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/1aa3f3b7-18b0-4d39-b1c6-99740e7bcd6a) why were values shown? why werent `var`s or modifiers like pub, const, export? it was very odd to me and inconsistent with other languages. i chose to leave out unnamed tests, it just seemed like noise to me since they werent distinct but i can easily revert that unfortunately there seems to be a bug upstream which causes those `t`/`f` decls to show 2 things https://github.com/tree-sitter-grammars/tree-sitter-zig/issues/3 im very new to treesitter and queries so i really havent looked over the rest of the stuff here, other than outline theyre unmodified please lmk if theres anything wrong Release Notes: - Changed upstream treesitter grammar for zig |

Licensing
License information for third party dependencies must be correctly provided for CI to pass.
We use cargo-about
to automatically comply with open source licenses. If CI is failing, check the following:
- Is it showing a
no license specified
error for a crate you've created? If so, addpublish = false
under[package]
in your crate's Cargo.toml. - Is the error
failed to satisfy license requirements
for a dependency? If so, first determine what license the project has and whether this system is sufficient to comply with this license's requirements. If you're unsure, ask a lawyer. Once you've verified that this system is acceptable add the license's SPDX identifier to theaccepted
array inscript/licenses/zed-licenses.toml
. - Is
cargo-about
unable to find the license for a dependency? If so, add a clarification field at the end ofscript/licenses/zed-licenses.toml
, as specified in the cargo-about book.
