6e72b1cfb0 git: add --remote option to clone command
This makes it easier to work with multiple remotes at once while
tracking the default branch of the remote used to create the local
repository:

```shell
$ jj git clone --remote upstream https://github.com/upstream-org/repo
$ cd repo
$ jj git remote add origin git@github.com:your-org/repo
$ jj config set --repo git.fetch upstream
```

In the example above, `upstream` is the repository containing the
reference source code that you might want to patch, while `origin` is
your fork where pull-request will be pushed. The branch `main@upstream`
will be tracked.

d9c68e08b1 everything: Rename branches to bookmarks
Jujutsu's branches do not behave like Git branches, which is a major
hurdle for people adopting it from Git. They rather behave like
Mercurial's (hg) bookmarks.

We've had multiple discussions about it in the last ~1.5 years about this rename in the Discord,
where multiple people agreed that this _false_ familiarity does not help anyone. Initially we were
reluctant to do it but overtime, more and more users agreed that `bookmark` was a better for name
the current mechanism. This may be hard break for current `jj branch` users, but it will immensly
help Jujutsu's future, by defining it as our first own term. The `[experimental-moving-branches]`
config option is currently left alone, to force not another large config update for
users, since the last time this happened was when `jj log -T show` was removed, which immediately
resulted in breaking users and introduced soft deprecations.

This name change will also make it easier to introduce Topics (#3402) as _topological branches_
with a easier model.

This was mostly done via LSP, ripgrep and sed and a whole bunch of manual changes either from
me being lazy or thankfully pointed out by reviewers.

b76947c1d6 cli: error out on "init --at-op/--ignore-working-copy" or "clone --at-op"
--at-op should be invalid on repo initialization. "init --ignore-working-copy"
could be supported by using working_copy.reset(), but I don't think it's
worth the effort. If the working directory is empty, --ignore-working-copy
is meaningless, and if the directory is not empty, the user would probably
want to do snapshot at some point.

b9e82f6e06 tests: run workspace-creation commands with --at-op or --ignore-working-copy
I'm going to fix misuse of CommandHelper::for_loaded_repo(), which expects
that the given repo respects the --at-operation option.

I don't think all of the added tests are useful, but "clone
--ignore-working-copy" might be legit as a replacement for bare repos.

d66fcf2ca0 compile integration tests as a single binary
this greatly speeds up the time to run all tests, at the cost of slightly larger recompile times for individual tests.

this unfortunately adds the requirement that all tests are listed in `runner.rs` for the crate.
to avoid forgetting, i've added a new test that ensures the directory is in sync with the file.

 ## benchmarks

before this change, recompiling all tests took 32-50 seconds and running a single test took 3.5 seconds:

```
; hyperfine 'touch lib/src/lib.rs && cargo t --test test_working_copy'
  Time (mean ± σ):      3.543 s ±  0.168 s    [User: 2.597 s, System: 1.262 s]
  Range (min … max):    3.400 s …  3.847 s    10 runs
```

after this change, recompiling all tests take 4 seconds:
```
;  hyperfine 'touch lib/src/lib.rs ; cargo t --test runner --no-run'
  Time (mean ± σ):      4.055 s ±  0.123 s    [User: 3.591 s, System: 1.593 s]
  Range (min … max):    3.804 s …  4.159 s    10 runs
```
and running a single test takes about the same:
```
; hyperfine 'touch lib/src/lib.rs && cargo t --test runner -- test_working_copy'
  Time (mean ± σ):      4.129 s ±  0.120 s    [User: 3.636 s, System: 1.593 s]
  Range (min … max):    3.933 s …  4.346 s    10 runs
```

about 1.4 seconds of that is the time for the runner, of which .4 is the time for the linker. so
there may be room for further improving the times.

5a466cab4c cli: ensure default remote branch is imported by "git clone"
I originally thought this would be unavoidable, but I was wrong. "jj git clone"
doesn't implicitly create any local branch if git.auto-local-branch is off, and
that's fine because the detached HEAD state is normal in jj.

That being said, Git users would expect that the main/master branch exists.
Since importing the default branch is harmless, let's create and track it no
matter if git.auto-local-branch is off.

12b879dc8f cli: add "branch list --all" option to include all remote branches
This will be the option to include non-tracking remote branches. We could add
more fine-grained filtering flags, but I think --all is good enough and easier
to remember.

This patch also updates many of the test outputs to include synchronized remote
branches. I think verbose outputs will help catch future bugs.

872265a220 git: add .jj/.gitignore when creating colocated repo
This replaces our existing mechanism of adding `/.jj/` to
`.git/info/exclude` by adding `*` to `.jj/.gitignore`, as suggested by
@ppwwyyxx. That simplifies the code quite a bit, and it avoids the
problem with `.git/info/exclude` not existing (it apparently doesn't
exist when the user uses
https://git-scm.com/docs/git-init#_template_directory).

Closes #2385.

They are shown next to the change and commit id, since they are other names the

The description is separated from the branches by a ` | ` when there are
branches, so that one can tell the branches from the description without color.
