Martin von Zweigbergk 06cd688181 tests: enable concurrent commit tests on Windows ... I don't know why these used to fail. Perhaps it was just that the GitHub's Windows machines were not powerful to run them with 100 threads doing concurrent commits. Maybe they will pass now that we limit the number of threads to the number of CPUs. This change enables the tests so we can see what GitHub CI thinks.		2021-06-13 22:02:42 -07:00
