c8a48e8990 Extract contacts titlebar item into a separate crate 
This allows us to implement a new contacts popover that uses the
`editor` crate.

e17627b07d Use a SumTree as the backing storage of UndoMap 
This makes it cheap to clone and avoids slowdowns when there the undo
history is long.
